Refrigerated compressed air dryer

Compressed air dryers are essential for producing and economically processing quality compressed air for various applications. A maximum pressure dew point of 3°C can be achieved with a compressed air refrigeration dryer. If the pressure dew point is lower, the refrigeration dryer can be installed upstream of an adsorption dryer or a membrane dryer. Ideally, a particle filter should be installed upstream of the refrigeration dryer. Boge supplies refrigeration dryers as free-standing units or integrated into the compressor, depending on requirements and application.

Adsorption dryer

The BOGE adsorption dryers can be offered with a pressure dew point of 40°C or 70°C as required. This corresponds to purity class 2 or 1 of ISO8573. A compressed air refrigeration dryer and a high-performance fine particle filter should be installed upstream of the adsorption dryer.

Membrane dryer

Membrane dryers are used to reduce the pressure dew point between 20 and 55 Kelvin. They can be installed without requiring additional space and with minimal installation costs - ideally between the compressor and the tank. Unlike adsorption dryers, the pressure dew point emitted depends on the inlet pressure dew point. The final pressure dew point can therefore be significantly lowered by installing a refrigeration dryer upstream of the adsorption dryer. High-performance particle filtration upstream of the membrane dryer is an absolute must.

Activated carbon absorber

Activated carbon adsorbers remove oil vapours and oil odours in a completely controlled manner, thereby ensuring particularly high compressed air quality. Depending on the requirements, an activated carbon filter can be offered in several sizes and designs.

Oil-water separator

With the Condensate Cleaner treatment system, compressor operators can easily treat compressed air condensate themselves. Although the condensate from a screw or piston compressor emits very little oil-containing condensate, legislation requires a condensate separator. Nordparts also has very attractively priced solutions for this.

Bluekat Converter

The BOGE bluekat converter uses a catalytic converter to convert oils and hydrocarbons into water and CO², thereby constantly supplying compressed air of purity class 0 in accordance with ISO8573-1. The bluekat is the ideal solution for the food industry, as well as for all medical applications, the pharmaceutical industry, etc., where oil-free compressed air is required. The bluekat converter is the only solution available on the market where the quality of the output air is not dependent on the quality of the input air.
